Pakistan navy bus blast kills five

A curb bomb has hit a bus captivating Pakistani navy workers to work in Karachi murder five people in the third such assault this week in the country's main city.The early morning blast distorted the bus and injured nearby building.

Four of the dead were sailors, while the fifth was a casual observer, said a navy orator and a doctor at the city's Jinnah Hospital.On Tuesday, four people were kill in twin blasts next to navy buses in the city.The Pakistani Taliban claim responsibility for those strike, and warned of more if not the army stopped up its campaigns next to their heartlands in the northwest close to the Afghan edge.

Karachi is home to 18 million people and is the financial heart of Pakistan.
